Turkey’s passport has been ranked 52nd on the 2019 Henley Passport Index (HPI), a global ranking of passports based on the freedom of travel they provide, declining one place compared to last year.

According to the index, which has been available since 2006, Turkey’s passport peaked in 2014, ranking 38th.
